Terms of hotel reservation
Minimum term of reservation – until the date of arrival to a hotel:
- For new clients – 2 days
- For corporative clients who have deposit – 1 day
- For patrons, who are individual clients of the company «WTU»- at the day of arrival

How to reserve hotel:
- 1. Choose the hotel you like. Fill in a form of Order (on our site)
2. Send your Order through this site
3. Within 1-2 hours our manager will send you information about free rooms at a hotel you like. If there are no free rooms you will be offered other hotels.
4. Our manager sends you a bill to pay for hotel reservation.
5. Pay the bill. ways of payment are given below.
After your have paid the bill, our manager sends you confirmation about hotel reservation by fax or E-mail.
6. Refuse of hotel reservation. In order to avoid material losses you should keep the latest dates to formalize refusal. The latest date is mentioned in the payment bill. Refuse of reservation is made in written form and is sent to our company by fax: +38 (044) 496-20-51 and +38 (044) 482-31-11 |

Ways of payment
Our company advices the following ways of payment with the purpose to obtain the best result.
- In the case of hotel reservation 7 days before arrival to a hotel and earlier:
- - Non-cash payment of an amount equal to cost of 1 (one) day residence at a hotel, in accordance with invoice issued by our company. The rest of the amount is paid by the client to the hotel or by credit card or in cash at the day of arrival.
- In the case of hotel reservation less than 7 days before arrival to a hotel:
- - non-cash payment of an amount equal to 100% of cost of residence
- In the case of hotel reservation less than 2 days before arrival to a hotel:
- - For patrons and corporative clients of the «WTU» only
- In the case of hotel reservation at the day of arrival to a hotel:
- For patrons of the «WTU» only

How to become corporate client of the «WTU»?To become corporate client you should enter into the “Agreement of corporate client” and pay a deposit permitting the company «WTU» efficiency of hotel reservation in any Ukrainian city. |

How to become patron of the «WTU»?It is easy to become a patron of out company. After 10 reservations of hotels for you by our company, you are given status of «the «WTU’s» patron». And also you will participate in a special bonus program, namely in the future you will receive considerable discounts for hotel prices. |
